SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Return & Exchange Policy

Any returns or refunds due to faulty items need to be advised within 24 hours of receiving the product with pictures provided. Faulty items will be assessed accordingly.

 

Where possible, items must be in brand new condition with all tags and safety seals in tact.

We are not liable for issues caused by postage/ couriers.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer a change of mind return/ refund.
