Service Description
**Please note, this is not an appointment. Your Wellness Plan will be emailed to you. After filling in an extensive questionnaire, plus providing photos of your face and tongue, will come up with a lifestyle plan that is tailored just for you! This can include such recommendations as, food, supplements/ herbal remedies, lifestyle changes, exercise and much more! You will be emailed your questionnaire and then once your plan is ready it will be emailed through to you. This can take up to 1 week once all information has been provided.

• I understand that there is no guarantee of what a wellness plan will lead to. This wellness plan is created through health and intuitive wisdom and knowledge. • I understand that by submitting this booking I will automatically be added onto Mind Body Soul Co's Mailing List • I understand that once my booking is paid for there are no refunds for services.
